Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect! Great weather, beautiful ceremony, fun party, and gorgeous dress! My dress was hand-made by one of my besties, Chelsea Needs, she is AmAZing. I can't believe how pretty it turned out, I was obsessed :) Girls, she is going to have her own line soon... check out her work at C.SEA Apparel. So cute. Chelsea- Post your new stuff already!! Daft Punk delivers again

So I watched the movie Tron today for my second time and I can't get over how rad Daft Punk is. They did the whole soundtrack for the movie and its awesome, especially when they make their special appearance in it. I never did see their music video for Around the World until now, and it is rad... full of dancing mummies, robots, skeletons and more! Check it...

Gimpy Gimp

So I broke my ankle this week. You ask, "how?" Well, it's actually an interesting story...

By kicking an attempted rapist in the face. The bad news is, I broke my ankle and 3 right toes. The good news is, I broke his face!

Ha. Only teasing, that is the story Hasen came up with since it really isn't a cool story. I actually just slipped on a little patch of ice in my driveway that I didn't see because it was coming out from under my car and the rest of the driveway was dry. So LAME!!

For you anatomy lovers: it was a distal spriral fracture of the right fibula. I will have to be on crutches for about 6-8 weeks. Nooo!!! I wish my Bird still lived with me so we could be gimps together and I could get a kick out of her watching trash T.V.

Music Love

So we went Kilby Court last night and you know you are getting old when everyone there is younger than you! Geeze. Has it really been that long since I was as young as those kids? Anyway, we saw a band called Foster the People. I hadn't heard of them before the show and sometimes that can make me a little skeptical... but they were awesome. I loved it. Such a good show!! Finding new music is the best, so I thought i'd share (unless you are on the up and up and have already discovered them). This is one of favs. Check it:

Oregon: Land of the Free

Hasen and I drove to Oregon to visit Bird (Amber). But we first stopped in Portlandia and learned a lot from the hipsters.

Lesson #1: wear cool glasses...

We stayed with Hasen's friend Cayle in Portland. He took us to the best party ever! Let's just say it was a room full of hipsters, hookers, and hooligans. Such good entertainment! ha
